We are situated in Penn Township, Westmoreland county.
We are located on the same street as Penn Middle School and the Schoolhouse Tavern (formerly Zackles known for their fish) we are also only minutes from Schramm’s Farm & Orchard. Stop and support one of the many small independently owned businesses while your pets getting groomed. Sweet Buzz Bean & Bistro is a great Breakfast and lunch spot as well, and has a pet friendly patio!

New Customers
- All new dogs coming in for a grooming appointment are required to show documented proof from a Veterinarian of the Rabies Vaccination. We only accept paper copies, no tags.
- There is a $25 booking deposit for your first grooming appointment. This deposit is taken off your final bill when you come in. If the appointment is no showed or canceled within 24 hours notice of the appointment the deposit is non refundable.
- At this time we are no longer able to accept any new cat clients.
Policies
We understand that things come up. If you are running late please be courteous and call to make sure we will still have enough time to complete your pets groom. Clients arriving more than 10 minuets late for their scheduled appointment time may be asked to reschedule or pay a $10 late fee if time allows.
All appointments that are ” NO SHOWED” will be required to pay a $30 rebooking fee before making their next appointment.
Repeat “cancelations” under a 24 hrs notice or repeat “no shows” will be required to “Pre Pay” for their entire appointment in advance.
